How shipping and return work
Standard shipping time is within 1-3 business days. If we receive your order before 14:00, it will be dispatched on the same day and usually arrives the following day.
Your order will be shipped free of charge through DHL and only within Germany. Delivery to a packing station is, unfortunately, not possible due to the German Youth Protection Act.
If you would like to return your order free of charge, please request the return label* by dialing our toll-free hotline: 0800 1114767.
We are aware of our responsibility
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship your order to packing stations or alternative recipients, because we in the mail-order tobacco business are responsible for ensuring that our goods are sold and delivered only to persons over the age of 18. In addition to age verification upon registration, the delivery agent must check the age of the recipient on delivery.

Shipping costs (with the exception of any additional costs that may result if your preferred mode of shipping is not the low cost standard delivery option chosen by us) will be reimbursed in the event of revocation. In the event that the goods delivered are returned due to a defect, Philip Morris will bear both the cost of delivery and return.
