Red lights on the pocket charger:
Holder display light is blinking red: Holder malfunction, holder has no charge, or the heating blade has broken off.
Bottom pocket charger light is blinking red: Please reset the device.

Holder light is blinking red: Heating blade has broken off or holder malfunction. Please reset the device.
White light on the holder:
The two white LEDs on the holder indicate charge level. Two illuminated LEDs indicate you can consume two HEETS tobacco sticks with the charge on the holder. If one LED is illuminated, then you can enjoy one further HEETS tobacco stick.
Holder light is blinking white: The device is not within the operating temperature range (0°C to 50°C) or the holder needs to be fully recharged using the pocket charger.

A white LED indicates that your IQOS 3 is performing one of multiple operations (such as charging or resetting), or that it is ready for use or fully charged.
A red light always indicates that there is an error on the device.

The lower charger light is blinking red: The device is being operated outside of the operating temperature range (between 0°C and 50°C). Please change to the right temperature range for operation.
Red light on the holder:
Holder status light is blinking red: Briefly press the power button on the holder. If the light is solid red, then the holder is not charged or is outside the operating temperature. If the light is blinking red, then the heating blade is defective or there is a malfunction on the holder.
Lights during charging:
The status light is blinking white: IQOS 3 is charging.
The status light is solid white, blinks three times, and turns off: IQOS 3 is more than 75% charged.
