Free return shipment
If you do not wish to keep your IQOS kit, you can send it back to us at no additional cost. Please contact IQOS CARE (0800 – 1114 767) to receive a return label.3

Should your IQOS 3 have a defect during the rental period, you will of course receive a free replacement. Simply stop by one of our service points, run an error diagnosis at iqos.com, or contact IQOS CARE.

- The rental offer for the trial month applies exclusively for new customers and only after registration has been completed.
- In the case of a rental agreement via iqos.com, the remaining amount will be charged using the stored payment information after the end of the trial month. The remaining purchase amount is yielded from the device price of €89 less the rental price of €9. This purchase price will not change based on other special promotions currently offered. Potential rebates will be deducted from the remaining amount and reduce it accordingly provided they are indicated at the time of registration. No rebates can be applied to the €9 rental price, nor can any rebates be redeemed after registration has been completed.
- The procedure and location for returning a device will depend on the sales channel originally chosen. If rental was agreed at an IQOS Store, then return will also have to be made at an IQOS store. For all other channels (IQOS customer consultant or iqos.com), return needs to be made via IQOS CARE (0800 – 1114767).
